This tubular pile framework welding machine is specially for welding reinforcement cage frameworks for tubular piles.

1. DC power assure the welding speed, prolongs life of welding electrodes, saves electric consumption at least 30%

2. PLC, inverter, touch screen are imported

3. Cage diameter range: 300-600mm, 600-1200mm (different range, different machine)

4. Cage length: upon to order

5. Welding speed: more than 70rpm, about 7m/min

6. Welding power: DC 160KVA

7. Densely-wind length on both ends of the cage and the hoop reinforcement interval can be pre-set on the touch screen

8. Pulling speed is synchronized to the rotating speed of the main machine.
