YQ27 series single action stamping press has two kinds: four-column and frame structures.

Four-column is simple, economical and good capability. Frame structure is of good rigidity, high precision and anti load-deflection.

Hydraulic system adopts pin-fit valve integration system with reliable action, long life, small hydraulic impact and few potential leakage possibilities.

PLC control system is separate. You can pre-set fixed-stroke or fixed pressure. There are three operation methods: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

In the bottom frame, there is hydraulic pad. You can control its working (with pushing-out, without pushing-out, flanging) from the PLC control panel.

The tonnage is from 63MT to 2000MT.
